RESERVATIONS
Please note that a credit card is required to secure any reservation. Your
credit card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is not
honored. If you must cancel your appointment, you will be given a
cancellation number for your records; it is important to retain this
number. Making a reservation at spa hydra acknowledges acceptance of this
policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24hours notice will be charged 50% of the
total. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with
which they were held.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment.
This will allow for a stress-free check-in and time to adjust to our spa
environment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate
your full service if our schedule allows, otherwise, your treatment may be
cut short so to not inconvenience other guests scheduled directly after
you. Full rates still apply in this instance.
GRATUITY
Our spa gift packages and services do not include gratuities. An 18-20%
gratuity is very much appreciated by your technician. Important:
gratuities cannot be added to credit cards or deducted from your gift
cards. CASH is greatly appreciated.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Please select skin care products very carefully as they are not
exchangeable or returnable if open or used. You may return unused and
unopened skin and
body products within 7 days, with receipt for full credit. Makeup is
non-refundable.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates are beautifully packaged and ready for giving. They
can be ordered via telephone, in person or on the web site. Please note
that gift certificates are non-refundable. All gift certificates
must be presented at time of check-in. Our gift cards have no
expiration date unless noted. Please note; even though our gift
cards have no expiration date, we must honor the value of the card and not
the service that was purchased if card has remained unused for over
12months from date of purchase.
CURRENCY
We accept cash, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Spa
Finder Gift Certificates, Spa Week Gift Certificates and Way Spa Gift
Certificates are also accepted. Spa Week Gift Certificates must be
validated prior to your appointment.
COURTESIES
We ask guests to please turn off their cell phones while at the spa and
please keep conversation to a whisper while in the relaxation area.
We also kindly ask that children and babies are not brought into the spa
environment.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please let us know if you have any significant medical conditions that may
interfere with spa services such as prescriptions, high blood pressure, or
pregnancy. Some serious health conditions may require a written consent
from your physician.

VALUABLES
We suggest that you leave valuables at home while you are visiting the
spa. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged articles.
COMMUNICATION
Please communicate any expectations or concerns to your therapist before
and during your treatment so that they can target your areas of concern to
meet your expectations. We are here to serve YOU.
