We have created a serene retreat for you to relax and rejuvenate.  We kindly ask that children and babies are not brought into the spa environment.

We kindly ask that you silence your cell phones and pagers prior to entering the spa.  Cell phones are not permitted in the treatment rooms, or in our relaxation area.  We appreciate your co-operation.

We highly suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time, this way you can adjust to our spa environment and begin your service as scheduled.  All treatments will begin and end at their scheduled time.

Our locker room facility is equipped with a Eucalyptus Steam Shower, a Dry Cedar Sauna and private shower facilities.  Fresh robes, slippers and towels are provided for you along with your personal locker to store your belongings.  Blowdryers, hair combs, shampoo + conditioners along with  after bath body products are also provided for you in the locker lounge area.

Gratuities are standard and accepted only in cash for your therapist.  Gratuities range between 15-20% of each service rendered.  Small envelopes are provided at the front desk for your discretion.

Enhance your spa visit.  Answers to our most frequently asked questions...

This is my first time visiting a spa, what do I need to bring?
You don't need to bring anything with you on your visit if you are receiving a spa therapy.  Some clients feel more comfortable sitting in our sauna or steam in a bathing suit, while others are not as shy.  We provide a private locker for your clothing along with fresh robes and slippers for your use while at the spa.  Towels are also provided if you wish to shower pre or post your treatments. Disposable undergarments are also available for your waxing and body therapies.

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be cut short in order to not inconvenience other guests scheduled directly after you.  Please keep in mind that although we will do our best to give you your full treatment, in a case where our schedule does not allow, full rates will still apply.

How much should I tip?
Tipping for service at a spa is typically handled as you would tipping for service in a restaurant. Generally 15-20% of the total service is appropriate, depending upon how you feel the quality of service was. Gratuities must be left in cash for your therapists.  We provide small envelopes for your discretion at the front desk.

My favorite service providers are always so busy. How can I be sure they are available when it's convenient for me?
Sometimes your most favorite service provider may not be available. To guarantee an appointment with your favorite therapist or technician, simply schedule it well in advance, even if that means scheduling it before leaving the spa or weeks ahead.  You can always reschedule an appointment that is secured for you, rather than waiting for your therapists schedule to open. This guarantees availability with your service provider at a date and time that is most convenient to you.

What if I am only receiving a waxing service, can I still use the steam and sauna room?
Unfortunately, clients receiving treatments that require a change into a robe (facials, body treatments and massages)  have access to the spa area and locker lounge complimentary.  We do this to keep the spa locker area less crowded and as private as possible.  We appreciate your understanding.

Do you do couples massages?

We get asked this question a lot and although we understand the idea of getting massaged side-by-side with a loved one, we have to ask why?  Here's how we feel about it.  You'll love our massages so much, that within the first 5 minutes, you'll fall into a deep trans-like state and forget that your loved one is even sharing a room with you. Enjoy this quiet time and self-indulge.  You can always catch up on chit chat while enjoying a side-by-side pedicure or unwind together in our relaxation area with a cup of hot tea.

What if I am unsure of what facial to book?

No worries.  Our experienced booking staff can help you decide on a facial even before you step foot in the door.  Plus, all our facials begin with a consultation and our skilled aestheticians will customize a facial that is unique to you.

Why if I am pregnant?

It is very important that you notify a spa associate if you are pregnant while making a reservation.  We have set aside a few services that are safe for you to enjoy after your fist tri-mester.  Use of the steam room, sauna and hot therapy treatments are not suggested.

What if I misplaced my gift card?

Unfortunately, gift cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen.  Please treasure this card as if it were cash.
